The Department of Leadership, HRM and Organisation invites applications from outstanding academics interested in Health Leadership to lead the continuing development of its highly successful MSc in Leadership & Management in Health. This flexible modular programme is offered in partnership with The School of Management, Royal Holloway, University of London, and St George's, University of London (Medical School). It is also closely linked with the Institute of Leadership & Management in Health (ILMH), a hub for research services, consultancy and leadership development and one of three Institutes of the SWAN Alliance.

The course director would be responsible for the strategic direction of the course, the management of the programme and its academic development, including staff training and the implementation of blended learning.
