How to manage outsourcing transfers

    Dear all,
    As you can probably tell, I have carried out research on the transfer of staff in outsourcing situations.

    This is the base of a paper that was published quite some time ago now (2001) in People Management. However, everything said here still applies. It is necessarily short and practical - I hope you find it helpful.
